The Simpsons have been around for 20 years and like any good franchise, the toys have been around just as long. That’s two decades of a little yellow family appearing on our TVs and in our toy boxes.
I was never one for the Simpsons t-shirts and such, but the little toys I was into for sure. Given my mother’s dislike for the cartoon however, I didn’t actually get to have any Simpsons toys until I was much older.
One of the coolest things I have, which isn’t exactly a toy, is a clock that looks like a can of Duff beer. When the alarm goes off playing the Simpsons theme song, a little door in the front opens to reveal Homer sitting on the couch. The little doors no longer work, but I still have it in storage somewhere. I highly doubt I will ever get rid of it.
There are so many Simpsons toys and games I don’t even know where to start. I guess I’ll begin with what I have in addition to the alarm clock
Simpsons Uno
Homer Bobble Head
Simpsons Clue
Talking Simpsons Bottle Opener
Talking Simpsons Pizza Cutter
Simpsons Duff Can with Playing Cards
Simpsons Photomosaic Family Jigsaw Puzzle
Homer Inflatable Punching Bag
Simpsons Refrigerator Magnets
Those are the Simpsons toys I already have, but there’s always room for more. These are (some of) the Simpsons toys I want (hint, hint, wink, wink):
Homer Simpson Computer Sitter
Jumpin’ Banana Simpson’s USB Desk Light
The Simpsons Inflatable Chair
Homer Chia Pet
Simpsons Scene-It
Simpsons Monopoly
Jeopardy Game Simpsons Edition
The Game of Life – Simpsons Edition
